Sir Michael Wood submits second statement to Inquiry

Following a suggestion by Iraq Inquiry chairman Sir John Chilcot during the evidence session on Tuesday 26 January, Sir Michael Wood has submitted a short statement entitled 'The Rights and Responsibilities of Occupying Powers'.
